Board financial procedure requires payment in full, by the due date for your child to purchase resources, participate in sports or attend trips/events.

Payments received will be allocated to the oldest unpaid fees and charges owing on your child’s account first.

Extra-curricular activities operate on a “pay before you play” policy

There are some families that prefer to make regular payments throughout the school year, you can do this by setting up automatic payments – click HERE for our bank AP form. Please ensure you correctly identify these payments with your child’s Homeclass/AT Class and your child’s Lastname and Firstname so we can make sure they are assigned to the correct account.
