Todays’s Year 12 Agriculture class visited the team at CRUNCHY and met the founder, Benji.
Benji explained to the students the growing process and the markets he sells to. He then kindly allowed the students to make their own seedling trays which they will now grow either at home or in the science lab here at SGHS.
Today’s learning forms part of a 4-credit internal assessment currently being completed in class that is looking at how we grow plants in Southland.
A huge thank you to Benji for taking the time to share his knowledge with the students and staff today.
