The NZAS Southland Science & Technology Fair was held last week.
With five individual entries, it was exciting news to hear that all five received awards!
Jessica L:
- received an Award of Commendation for her project “What is the effect of PH on plants?”,
Sophia T:
- received a Silver Award (and other prizes) for her project “Bookworm’s Germs”, ILT Award
Sophie I received the following awards:
- Gold Award and the best-of-the-fair
- Premiere Award for her project “Peeling Back Oil Spills”
- NZ Oil and Gas Most Promising scientist
- Soroptimists Encouragement Award for Girls in Science
- NZAS Excellence in Science Year 9/10
Lily E:
- received an Award of Commendation for her project “Not Right Nitrate?”
Lauren M:
- received a Silver Award for her project “Investigate How Household Products Effect Plant Life”.
