Sanguine Contract 2022

Congratulations on your child becoming a member of Sanguine for 2022. Our aim is to always do our best and to consistently present a quality product that reflects who we are as a group and our love of performing.

There is a cost to be part of the SGHS Sanguine choir of $20.00 per student for the year – Full payment is due by Friday, 20 May 2022. The cost includes payment of the sanguine badge, the entry fee for The Big Sing, and any photocopying of music. Once full payment has been made and lessons have started there will be no refunds.

  • Please note: Board financial procedure requires payment in full, by the due date for your child to purchase resources, participate in sports or attend trips/events. Payments received will be allocated to the oldest unpaid fees and charges owing on your child’s account first. Extra-curricular activities operate on a “pay before you play” policy.

  • Student Contract

    1. I accept that being a member of Sanguine is a full-year commitment and giving it my full dedication is expected.
    2. I agree to act in a responsible, respectful manner when I am in Sanguine and while I am attending any performances associated with it.
    3. Rehearsals are during Thursday lunchtimes. 
    4. I agree to learn the music asked of me to always ensure I give my best to the group product.
    5. If I cannot attend a rehearsal, I will put an apology into Mr de Blois prior to the practice. Failure to do so three times will lead to dismissal from the group.
    6. I understand I will be expected to be available for the Big Sing Regional on Tuesday, 14 June and, if we are invited to attend the Cadenza in Timaru from Friday 12 August to Saturday 13 August 2022 (Depart 11 August and return 14 August)
    7. I will always present myself well and be proud that I am a member of Sanguine and S.G.H.S.
    8. The choir has a membership fee of $20 for the year. (This includes payment for your badge, the entry fee for The Big Sing, and any photocopying of music).


  • Payment

    Any payments received for your child will be allocated to the oldest unpaid amounts sitting on your child's account first. Your child is not able to participate until all these amounts are paid in full.
  • $20.00 per student - full payment is due by Friday 20 May 2022. If paying by instalments you must have the full amount paid by the due date.
